areas of the body are complex and very often we take them for

triggers.

You may need to limit the amount of time you

during the dry months. Make sure you have clean filters on your
heating and cooling system as well to trap allergens.
It is also a good idea to talk to your

the types of allergies you suffer from.
A combination of all of these efforts can
help to significantly reduce your risk of sinus problems
developing. The prevention is well worth not ending up with
sinus infections.
